Welcome back! Today I’m sharing with you my outfit I wore yesterday for Valentine’s Day (but really I just happened to wear this, it was a coincidence that I chose pink).

Anyway, while I was in Italy, I couldn’t help but admire the fashion. Italian women are just so stylish! One trend I kept seeing over and over was wide leg pants paired with platform heels. I knew that I would need to recreate this outfit when I got back. I chose my trusty denim culottes that I shared on the blog last spring and are still a fave of mine. Of course, I had to pair these jeans with my go-to block heel mules. I’ve worn them so many times on the blog now, but I’m still in love with them!

For the top I grabbed this pink ruffly blouse I found at Zara during Winter Break. I am a huge fan of blush pink in general, but blush pink plus a fun ruffle detail? I was sold. Zara is my favorite store to find somewhat different than normal tops!

I finished my look with my usual camel colored peacoat and my new purse I bought in Italy. I can’t believe how cheap leather is in Florence! Because this outfit was inspired by Italian fashion, I had to throw my new Italian bag into the mix.

Thanks for reading, stayed tuned for next week!

xo,

Carey
