If you’ve seen my Instagram lately, you’re probably sick of seeing this camisole, but what can I say? I’m in love. My black cami is, without a doubt, my favorite purchase of the summer. You know how much I love my white camisole, and I’m feeling the same about this one. There really isn’t a time when you can’t wear this piece. I love it for summer as a top on its own, but when fall and winter come around, this black cami will look so cute under cardigans.
In an entirely predictable move I, of course, paired my black cami with a denim skirt (another great purchase this summer). This outfit is what I chose to wear for a day trip to Charleston. I wanted something cute, but comfortable while walking in the heat. So obvi I had to add my new rose gold Birkenstocks. (They’re called copper officially but get real — rose gold all the way). Birkenstocks are definitely a polarizing sandal, but personally I love them. I bought my first pair my freshman year of college and they’re still one of my all time favorite shoes. So this summer I had to switch it up and add a pair of rose gold ones to my wardrobe. I think the color definitely makes them more appealing to those that aren’t quite onboard the Birkenstock train just yet. You just can’t go wrong with a metallic sandal this summer — sooo trendy.
Since I was already rocking the hippy-dippy vibe with the Birkenstocks my hexagonal green sunnies were a no-brainer. For $10 at Free People, these sunglasses were a major steal. And surprisingly they go with a lot. Anyway, that’s all for this week. Leave a comment below letting me know what kind of content you’d like to see next!

cool outfit! do your feet get tired if you walk all day in those gold birkenstocks?
I haven’t worn them too excessively yet, but I walked around Charleston for about 4 hours in them and was completely fine!
