Holiday Gift Guide: For the the Homebody

I’m back today with my second gift guide of the season! Last year, my cozy gift guide was a big hit and this year a few of you said you wanted to see it again. So, I’ve rounded up some holiday gift ideas that are perfect for that friend/relative/co-worker etc. who is a total homebody and is all about staying cozy!

Obviously, pajamas, robes, and slippers are a definite must when it comes to a cozy gift guide. The slippers are actually on my Christmas list this year because I’ve heard great reviews and I think they’re sooo cute. This UGG robe is also such a great idea—a luxurious gift for the person who likes to relax at home.

Two items that I’ve mentioned before and will probably continue to tout as great gift ideas are the Barefoot Dreams blanket and the Diptyque candle. If you don’t own a Barefoot Dreams blanket, do yourself a favor and buy one ASAP. If you’re not too picky about the pattern, this striped one is on major sale. Unfortunately, the most popular patterns don’t usually go on sale. But anyway, I fight both of my cats for this blanket every day—it’s so so so soft. On to the candle. Diptyque makes luxurious (expensive) candles that are something a person might not splurge on for themself. Which makes it the perfect gift! There are so many different scents but I’m partial to vanilla.

Two other great gift ideas are journals/notebooks and coffee table books. A personalized notebook is such a cute idea and pairs really well with another gift like a scarf or a mug. And coffee table books are so thoughtful if you really know the person’s interests/aesthetic (obviously I would want to read the Little Dictionary of Fashion!).

So that’s it for this week. What gift guide would you like to see next? Let me know in the comments below!

Carey
