Last Minute Valentine’s Day Dress

If you didn’t get enough Valentine’s Day content last week, don’t worry because I’m back again today with more inspo! As soon as I saw it, I immediately thought it would be such a cute option for a Valentine’s Day dress. If you are looking for something that’s a touch more dressy, but not over-the-top, this is the perfect dress!

I decided to tone the look down with knee-high, tan boots. The dress has such a fun silhouette and pattern that I wanted it to stand out. Honestly, I think this dress is so unique—from the pattern (it has elephants!) to the high, ruffled collar and puff shoulders I haven’t seen anything like it. And if red isn’t your color—because let’s be real, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea—it comes in a pretty blue color or black.

Spring is definitely on my mind when it comes to shopping and that’s another reason I love this dress. Even if you don’t want it for Valentine’s Day, it’s such a great transition piece. Right now I would wear this dress with boots and a coat (be warned, it is thin). But once the temps heat up I think it would be so cute with sneakers or sandals.

Like I mentioned with the boots, since the dress makes such a statement I kept accessories to a minimum. Subtle gold jewelry, my sunglasses, and a bag easily completed the look.

So, if you’re still looking for a Valentine’s Day dress, I highly recommend this one. And, you can get 15% off your entire order with the code thedaintydetails315!
