The Early Spring Outfit I’ll Be Wearing on Repeat

I don’t know about you, but I think the hardest time of year to dress for is early spring. One day it’ll be 65 degrees and sunny, but the next week you could have a snow storm. So, when the weather is changing weekly I like to go back to the basics for an early spring outfit.

There’s nothing more classic than a simple white long sleeve and a good pair of denim. Both of these items are staples in my wardrobe that I reach for multiple times a week. And the great thing about them is that they make great foundations for your early spring outfits. Maybe tomorrow I’ll wear a long sleeve tee and my jeans, but later in the week swap the jeans for a denim skirt or shorts.

The way I make my simple outfits more interesting is through accessories. I don’t know what got into me this weekend but I am on a major hat kick. I can’t stop wearing my go-to taupe hat. Add in the snakeskin booties and the interest-level kicks up.

So, in early spring you can expect to see me in nothing but neutral long sleeve tops, jeans, and a cute fedora! Basically my uniform for March-April.

xo,

Carey
