Monochromatic Winter to Spring Outfit

It’s been chilly the past few days in NYC, which has me dreaming of spring. While I don’t think we’ll be putting our sweaters away any time soon, that doesn’t mean we can’t draw on spring elements. Lately I’ve been loving baby pink. And if there’s one thing that’s classic “spring,” it’s light/pastel colors.

One of my favorite styling tips to take your outfit to the next level is monochromatic dressing. So when I saw this pink midi skirt (and how cute is the lace detail?!) I knew it would look so cute with a pink top. *Cue the sweater*

While I don’t have pink shoes that work in winter, I decided to bring in some silver elements. It created the perfect mix of winter and spring. Mary Jane shoes are so popular for the upcoming season, and silver has been trending throughout the fall and winter.

I’m definitely still wearing this outfit with a coat for at least another month, but I can’t wait for the days when a light sweater is enough!

  7. I find it incomprehensible that you are not more popular than you already are, given your intelligence. I was able to look at this topic from a number of angles because of your depth of knowledge. It appears that until a conversation turns to Woman gaga, neither men nor women seem to be really interested in things related to women. Continue your fantastic work.
